MAGNUS (Weifang Magnus Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.) designs and manufactures tracked remote control mowers in Weifang, Shandong, China. This policy explains what we collect when you use magnuslawnmower.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
We only collect what you send us or what the site records automatically.
- Enquiry details — the name, company, email, phone number, country and message you submit through a quote or contact form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL, recorded by our server and analytics tools.
- Cookies — a small number of functional and analytics cookies. See the section below.
We do not collect payment card data on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on the conversation.
- To understand which pages and products attract interest, so we can improve the site.
- To meet legal, tax and export record-keeping obligations.
Our lawful basis under GDPR is legitimate interest for responding to business enquiries, and consent where you have opted in to marketing email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and are bound by confidentiality:
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) for serving the website.
- Our email provider for receiving and answering enquiries.
- Freight forwarders and customs brokers, only when you ask us to arrange shipping.
- Authorities, where export or tax law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 36 months after the last contact, then deleted. Accounting and export records are kept for the period required by Chinese tax and customs law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies: one to remember your session, and analytics cookies that record anonymous page views. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some preferences may not be remembered.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

International transfers
Our company is based in China and our hosting is provided by an EU-based hosting provider. Enquiries may be processed in either location. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the sales team that answers them. We do not store payment details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
